Who we are

This app is operated by Al-Qeirawan Co-operative Society (Kuwait). Developed and published by Artificial Insights (ai-kw.com).

What we do not collect

The app requires no account and no login. We collect no analytics, show no ads, and sell no data to anyone.

What we collect, and when

• Contact and report-an-item forms: when you submit a form, the data you entered (name, phone, email, message, and an item photo if you attach one) is sent to the society's servers solely to follow up on your request.
• Shareholder services (profits, family card, bookings): the civil ID and box number you enter are used only to look up your record with the society, and are not stored on the device.
• Camera: used for barcode scanning (processed on the device; no images are kept or transmitted) and for attaching an item photo to a report at your choice.
• Local cache: the app keeps a local copy of society content (news, offers, etc.) for faster browsing; you can clear it from Settings at any time.
• Notifications: if push notifications are enabled in a future version, a device token is used via Firebase to deliver them.
